Energy Efficient Lighting

Updated: Mar 6, 2020

LEDs are one of the most energy efficient light sources using about 75% less energy than halogen light bulbs. They also last 5 - 10 times longer while reducing replacement costs.

LED stands for light-emitting diode. The advantages of an LED light are that it produces a strong bright light, it turns on quickly and it is an energy-efficient choice. LEDs are small and durable and are produced in a variety of shapes and sizes. They can be dimmed and are more touch-safe than regular lights because they produce a cool light.

Design with Ease

There are many ways to intergrate lighting design with energy efficient light sources such as LED and strip lighting; smart lighting controlled by your smart devices; and motion sensors to turn off a light when the room is unoccupied.
